Call for Candidates

As managing agent of Celina Creeks of Legacy Homeowner’s Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members is being scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect five (5) members to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association. This notice is to provide Class A Members who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors the opportunity to submit a Candidacy form.

If you would like to nominate yourself, or another Class A Member as a candidate, please complete the enclosed form and return it using one of the methods below. With the format being virtual, floor nominations and write-in candidates will not be accepted during the meeting. Therefore, to have your name placed on the ballot, it is very important that all Candidacy Forms be returned by or before the following deadline.

Shortly after the deadline date noted above, an Annual Meeting packet will be sent out containing information on how to register, cast your vote online, and log into the Annual Election Meeting. Please be advised, you must be registered to vote. An electronic vote counts for quorum which must be met to hold the Annual Election Meeting. If you have any questions, please visit your Association’s website, and submit your inquiry under the “Contact Us” tab and an Essex representative will respond promptly.
