Amenity Center Update

Thank you for bringing to our attention all of the issues that have arisen at the Amenity Center in Creeks of Legacy. First of all, we want to apologize for any inconvenience this has brought you and your families and we will do everything in our power to get these issues corrected as soon as possible. It is evident that the contractor on the Basketball and Tennis courts did not meet the standards we expect in our installers, therefore we have hired a new crew to assume control. We have had our team research into the issues on the courts and around the Amenity Center and below is a list of all that will be done.

Front Amenity Center

o Landscape beds on both sides and landscape island – Install underground drains to carry water from the beds to the storm inlet to prevent future ponding.
o Bronze caps on the front entry doors that match what was installed throughout.
o Install Bike Rack at eastern pool gate entry (5 Bike Rack)

Rear Amenity Center

o Install permanent seals at bottom of the garage doors to prevent future water from entering the building.

Pool Area

o Repair troth drains by garage doors and extend the outflows to the sidewalk to ensure drains functionality.
o Repair deck drains around pool and extend the outflows to the sidewalk to ensure drains functionality.
o Install new drains at the Western entrance to the pool and the equipment entrance to prevent future ponding.

Playground

o Install 2 benches and trashcan (All matching).

Basketball & Tennis Courts

o Raise and re-pour the courts (Burn and helicopter the concrete to ensure smooth texture on the surface) with proper slopes to eliminate ponding.
o Install curb around the courts to prevent erosion entering the courts.
o Install new surface on the courts (Tennis court and Basketball lines) (Red & Green).
o Re-grade around the courts to ensure drainage meets standards and prevents future erosion.
o Install new sod in all disturbed areas from construction.
o Install black mesh netting on the fence around the tennis courts to reduce wind.
o Install an additional basketball goal (2 Goals total) and turn the court where the goals are facing East and West.
